- In a bowl start by putting the flour and mix it with the sugar, yeast and salt.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs, add the melted butter and milk.
- This second mixture must be poured into the flour mixture. Integrate with a spatula to form a smooth dough.
- Then move on to kneading for a few minutes, until the dough doesn't stick to your hands.
- Shape the dough into a ball and cover it with a kitchen towel. Let rise for 30 minutes.
- After this time, spread the dough on a floured surface until it is 2 cm thick.
- With a glass, cut the dough into several portions, each of which will be a donut. Next, using a small cutter, poke holes in the center of each donut.
- Take a large skillet and heat the oil, when hot, fry the donuts on each side until golden.
- Take them out of the pan and put them on kitchen paper so that excess oil is removed.
